Filing a DMCA notice

- Your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
Upon receiving a complete and valid notice, we will review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material in question in a timely manner.
Counter-notification
If you believe material you posted or that identifies you was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification through ourContact Us page. Please include your name, address, phone number, a description of the material removed and its prior location on the Site, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed in error, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts in your district.
Repeat infringers
We reserve the right to remove content and take appropriate action in response to copyright infringement claims.
